My bias - as a professional business facilitator - is that this starts with structured, authentic dialog, following self-awareness (and cultural awareness) surveys, allowing organizations to see the TRUTH about their values and cultures. From there, we begin the journey into true organizational effectiveness, working through and dissolving the inequities that exist.

Yes ... and .... poems provide unstructured pathways to evoke self-reflections and set up generative dialogues about how we might cultivate equity governance and cultures.
