How might we, the people, reverse the polarizations between extreme wealth-power concentration and escalating inequities and power imbalances?
How might we, as equity muses, work as transformational change agents to restore the original meaning of equity as the community virtue of fairness to redress wealth and power inequities?
The rally call, “Freedom, Human Rights and Justice,” is an individualistic frame. What’s in it for me? Freedom is a value and not a virtue.
How might we ethically discern the moral distinctions of freedom?
Freedom is a triple-edged sword: the good, the bad and the ugly, the moral-amoral-immoral edges.
The amoral and immoral abuses of freedom exploit others and the planet. Freedom enables the dark sides of human nature to flourish and undermine human rights, justice and the health of the planet.
The tyrannical abuses of freedom are the inequities of impinging on the freedoms of others and taking away freedom from others. Tyrannical freedom abuses and exploits mother earth. Trashing the planet produces global warming, extreme climate change, forest fires, polluted air, rising sea levels, mass migration, plastic seas, and toxic environments.
Freedom to tyrannize calls for freedom from tyranny.
What are the moral differences between taking away a women’s right to have an abortion and taking away military-style killing machines from men?
Our ethical fixations on minimizing tyrannical freedom and maximizing freedom from tyranny do not adequately promote the moral freedom to do good for all and the health of planet. This tunnel vision of freedom creates implicit biases and prejudices against equity.
How might we cultivate the integrity of moral freedom and the responsible use of free speech to embrace equity and constrain the amoral-immoral abuses of freedom?
Equity is a community virtue: be fair and kind to all. “What’s in it for us, all?” All includes people, plants, animals, nature and the planet.
Equity puts ethical guard rails on liberty to minimize the amoral-immoral tyrannies of freedom and to amplify our moral freedoms to do good.
Equity assures moral freedom and human rights for all. Equity pre-empts and prevents the need for justice.
Liberate Equity, Freedom for All.
There is no moral freedom without equity.
How might we, the people, detox from corrupt politics and co-create equity governance: fair rules, fair opportunities and fair rewards for all, on a healthy planet?
We, the people, are naive about the deep state of kleptocracy, corporatocracy and corrupt governments. Together, they enable amoral and immoral abuses of freedom to flourish against we, the people, and the planet. These co-conspirators cultivate the deep root causes for massive wealth and power concentration that escalates inequities and power imbalances.
The Hollywood strike is a pinnacle symptom of this covert phenomenon. Our rigged political-legal-economic-corporate systems provide the freedom to create unfair advantages for elites and unfair disadvantages for non-elites.
We are living in the imperial digital era of technocratic neoliberalism. The five mega-tech giants (Apple, Alphabet, Amazon, Microsoft, and Meta) are cash cows worth 8 trillion dollars, greater than the GDP of every country in the world, except for the USA and China.
The CEOs of our digital and tech dynasties are naively idealized as super-heroes rather than viewed as megalomaniacs who work against the higher purpose of #EquityMoonshot: co-create and build an equitable, regenerative and sustainable future on a healthy planet.
Escalating inequities and extreme wealth concentration arise from the spiritual voids of corporate greed. This self-centered greed feeds the business-marketing mantra: “What’s in it for me?” This mantra self-serves the self-interests of corporations and shareholders, with sociopathic disregard for stakeholders, community, and the planet.
Amoral-immoral mega-corporate C-suites, who practice extractive exploitation, put profits above people, purpose, and the planet. And tech and media giants exploit our data and screw our content creators, except for the aristocracy of the media world.
We become complicit enablers of their power addictions to neoliberalism. We are co-conspirators against co-creating a fair-free-flourishing-future on a healthy planet.
How might we, the people, as common holders align together to:
Co-elevate the ethics of equity governance and moral liberty to do good for the commons, humanity, the common good, and the health of the planet in a post-growth, regenerative world of green ecology?
Systemically reverse-engineer the mass manipulation game of orchestrating extreme wealth-power concentration and escalating inequities and power imbalances?
#UniteEquityMuses are a new transformational change agent movement. As Socratic Sherpas, we ask complex questions about how to reverse inequities and promote the fairness of equity.
How might the empowering community virtue of equity become an attractor to:
Open, inspire and align our mindsets to launch Equity Moonshot?
Solve our complex web of self-inflicted wicked problems in the 21st century, such as reversing the unfairness of escalating inequities?
Wicked problems are complex in that they have no simple, single, or final solution.
How might we, as Socratic Sherpas, collaborate together to pose complex questions to:
Set up transformational collaborative learning experiences to bend our trajectory away from a dystopian future?
Enable us all to explore and navigate our uncharted waters, our own close-mindedness, our blind spots, our shadows, and our dark sides that prevent transformational collaborations and learning needed to solve our self-inflicted wicked problems?
As transformational change agents, we do not predetermine learning objectives and outcomes, because we do not know the needs of our learners. We create sacred spaces, where people learn, collaborate and discover their own needs, learning objectives and outcomes to serve the greater good.
As lifelong intergenerational learners, we collaborate together in communion to align our reciprocal needs of mutuality to altruistically serve our highest purpose: do good for the planet and for all.
How might we use learner-centered processes to co-create playful playgrounds, where people gather with ethical purpose, moral courage, and the passionate vitality of equanimity to work on the Equity Moonshot quest?
Metaphysical playgrounds co-create learning opportunities for serendipity and synchronicity.
How might we co-create the lifelong intergenerational learning processes of developing equity story movements?
Living story movements, without beginnings, middles, and ends, have the potential to exponentiate the network power to launch Equity Moonshot.
How might we:
Move beyond languishing in the neoliberal and marketing hegemony of simple linear reductionism to addressing our complex emergent worlds of interconnected and interdependent wicked problems?
Shift beyond the narcissistic imperialism of our mega-manipulative-media-influencers, who steal the light of day from the everyday voices of altruistic, extraordinary ordinary people?
Evolve beyond the superficialities of fame-status-power-wealth-obsessions, short-termism, the addictions of gaming social media to hook attention, escapist entertainment spectacles, and glitz-glam-distractions that avoid redressing the unfairness of inequities?
Constructively disrupt our entrenched corrupt political systems that enable inequities?
Shift our educational paradigms of cultural hubris and "power over", to learning paradigms of cultural humility and empowerment to do good for the planet and for all?
These questions call for the equitable distribution of power to prevent fringe fundamentalists and radicalized extremists from usurping the middle majority in developing equity governance.

Telling and re-telling our stories about redressing inequities can spark the co-creativity to evoke better strategies and innovations to promote the fairness of equity for all.
How might we use poems to liberate our mindsets, our imagination, and our co-creativity to:
Overcome our ethical illiteracy, media indoctrination, and cultural myopias that prevent us from changing our trajectory away from a dystopian future?
Cultivate the lifelong intergenerational learning processes to solve our complex web of self-inflicted wicked problems and launch Equity Moonshot?
